| Michigan vs. Iowa The unbeaten Wolverines, who some say may be deserving of the #2 ranking in the country, host the Iowa Hawkeyes this weekend. Michigan won convincingly against Penn State last night, while Iowa was upset by the unranked Indiana Hoosiers. That's what makes this a scary game for Michigan, in my opinion. Iowa will be out for redemption, while there's a shot that UM could come in overconfident and looking past Iowa. This talk about how OSU and Michigan should both be undefeated when they meet could distract the Wolverines. So, are the Michigan Wolverines on upset alert here? Don't forget to post your predictions for this game as our $300 Ticket Contest continues! Just correctly predict the winner and the final score of this game, or any NFL, college football or MLB baseball playoff game, and you could be eligible to win free seats to see your favorite team play live! | Re: Michigan vs. Iowa well after what happened to Iowa against Indiana, i'm sure coach carr has mentioned the focus thing (at least I hope)............. i expect them to be well prepared, they dominated penn state for the most part, and i don't see them really having any real major let down michigan 27- iowa 14 |

| Re: Michigan vs. Iowa - Sports Network preview According to the above Sports Network preview, "Iowa possesses a potent offensive attack that averages 29.1 ppg and 409.0 total ypg." That said, they still expect the Wolverines to win the game, 27-17, saying "Go with Michigan in this contest, as it has the obvious advantage of playing at home. Iowa will keep things close, however, as it will be motivated after the embarrassing upset loss to Indiana last weekend." What do you think? |

| Re: Michigan vs. Iowa - Sports Network preview The final score in this one is Michigan 20, Iowa 6. Mike Hart carries the ball 31 times for 124 yards and a pair of touchdowns, and Garrett Rivas added a pair of field goals for the Wolverines. Barring catastrophe, UM should now be able to go undefeated into the final week of the season and their big showdown with the #1 Ohio State Buckeyes. Michigan showed me in this one that they're not going to be caught off guard, so I'm definitely looking forward to that OSU game and hopefully, a battle of unbeatens! |
