Penn State revenge factor

That's the only thing that concern's me on this one. Revenge even though the coach and players are taught not to comment on last years game when Michigan put the only blemish on PSU's record. You know that PSU is using that as motivation. Beaver Stadium is going to be rocking a solid white out with exception to the visitors section. This one could be close, I really hope it's not. In that type of environment it's hard for the visiting team to put up point's in the final minutes when it's close. However I'm hoping Michigan can keep it's focus on defense and shut down Penn State. If they can do that and, find themselve's with the absence of Supermario. They should be able to put enough distance between the two teams where a last minute gasp by PSU wouln't hurt them. After this game Michigan should win out the rest of the way to that infamous matchup with the Buckeye's.

Re: Penn Sate revenge factor

I think the Big 10 & the SEC are the 2 conferences where "any given Saturday" means the most. Last week we had Arkansas beat Auburn, how crazy is that on paper? My Vols have a off week but Alabama is up next. On paper, we should put a whoopin on them but something tells me that won't be the case.

You're right about the motivation from last year. But I think that's just an extra bit on top of the motivation that would be there anyway. Has there ever been a time when you weren't excitied about a Penn State Michigan game?

I'm betting it'll be a great college football game!

Hey, make sure you get your picks in over here. Nobody's won my $300 ticket contest yet.
