| Michigan State Spartans vs. Minnesota Golden Gophers Minnesota and Michigan State come into this week with identical 4-6 records, but if this past weekend was any indication, they are teams headed in opposite directions. The Spartans and their lame duck coach, John L. Smith, dropped a 17-15 decision to Purdue while the Gophers steamrolled Indiana, 63-26. In that game, Bryan Cupito threw for 378 yards and 4 TDs. How does the MSU defense try to shut him down?

| Re: Michigan State Spartans vs. Minnesota Golden Gophers Minnesota won't score as many points against Michigan State as they scored against Indiana, but they won't have to. The Spartans' offense has really been sputtering lately. I see the final score as something like Minnesota 28, Michigan State 17. |
