Don't look now, but this battle between Pitt and Michigan State is looking to be a big one. Both the Spartans and the Panthers are 2-0 coming in, and both feature talented QBs - Pitt's Tyler Palko and MSU's Drew Stanton. Which quarterback puts up the bigger numbers, and more importantly, which team wins this Week 3 contest?

Through the first quarter, Palko is looking awesome while Stanton is struggling mightily. The Michigan State QB is 0-for-4 with 1 INT while his Pitt counterpart is 7-of-9 for 65 yards. The Panthers lead 10-0 at the end of one.

I will give it to the Spartans that they looked good in the 2nd half against Pitt. They are in for a treat however when ND comes into town on Saturday. After last year (the flag) and coming off a blowout given to them by U of M, it wouldn't suprise me if the Irish put up 40 points or more against MSU.

I am a die hard U of M fan. Have been my whole life. I picked this name to get a rise out of Spartan fans. I will give MSU credit when they play well, but I really enjoy seeing them lose.
