Randy Shannon seeks ways to motivate

With the season seemingly slipping away, frustrations are mounting for the Miami Hurricanes.

UM has lost two consecutive games and sits at 4-3 entering this weekend's game against Florida State.

"I don't like losing at all," coach Randy Shannon said Sunday, the day after losing 17-14 to Georgia Tech. "It's been hard on me. But I cannot sit back and take it out on the players on this football team because I'm feeling something different. I have to find a way each week to motivate them."
