Questions are everywhere.
Rookie Michael Beasley (strained left groin) and veteran Udonis Haslem (sprained ligament left foot) have both been slowed early in training camp, so no one has yet made a move toward the starting power forward spot.
Most likely, Haslem, who started on the 2006 title team, has the job now and will have it for the Oct. 29 season opener at New York. Remember, Beasley has one year of high-level college basketball (his freshman year at Kansas State), and his defense needs work.
"My main focus with Michael early is going to be defense," Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said. "Offensively I'm not as concerned about that because his skills are so far advanced for his age."
Miami still has to decide who will start at point guard among veterans...
