The Miami Heat have now lost 12 straight games.

According to the Associated Press, "Brandon Roy led a fourth-quarter comeback by the Portland Trail Blazers, who won 98-91 Friday to extend the Heat's losing streak... Wade finished with 37 points and helped Miami score 35 in the third period to take a seven-point lead. It wasn't enough." This is the third-longest skid in franchise history. What will it take to end it?

Well, it's not a losing streak per se at this point, but he Heat lost for the 23rd time in 24 games last night, falling to Denver in OT.

When you talk about NBA players mailing it in, this is the team to hold up as an example. It should be really hard to lose 25 of 26 in basketball with Dwayne Wade on your team, shouldn't it?
