Riley's mom passed away yesterday, and one can only assume that this means that he will be missing some games for the services. Not to make light of the situation, because it is an awful thing to lose one of your parents, but the timing sure couldn't have been worse for the Heat players. "Most of the guys here are veterans," says Shaq. "And we know what we have to do." They question is, will they be able to get it done without their coach if necessary?

I heard that Riley will coach tonight.... I put my money where my mouth is. I put a small wager on the Bulls to win the series at 6-1 odds.
