Professional athletes playing for South Florida teams should have a line in their contract that bans them from going to and/or being at Miami Beach while the sun is down. I'm 100% serious.

Posey was probably on his third club by the time the Bobcats' plane took off from Miami International. Unbelievable.

Just an opinion, but I think anybody that drives drunk should have mandatory jail time. I don't mean the luxury suite they send first time offenders for counseling, I mean jail. No excuse for doing that.

Now let me get this straight. He will make $6.4 million this year. He is a sports figure/role model. He wasn't actually driving ... I'm sure his car was stolen and he just happened to find it in the middle of the highway where someone else left it. Jail time .... not a chance. A little fine, slap on the wrist and an autographed photo for some ADA's nephew.

Seems fair ... doesn't it ???
