| Parcells and Taylor must get in sync Bill Parcells and Jason Taylor must get in sync if the Miami Dolphins are to recover from their 1-15 season. They are both trying to lead and are stepping on each other's toes. Bill is miffed because Jason in dancing instead being involved in the teams off season program and showing veteran leadership. But Jason is still lifting weights every day and his agent says he is in the best shape ever. Recently when Taylor dropped in at the Dolphins during a break in his dancing schedule, his teammates welcomed him with open arms. But when Taylor stopped by Parcells, Parcells merely looked at him, didnt say a word and went back to watching tape. Jason Taylor is the best player on the team and Parcells needs him on his side to make the Dolphins competitive again. These two need to set aside their differences.
