I'm not trying to be disagreeable here or anything () but this is what is quoted in the article:

I actually think it's a little bit of both -- there's no player really worth #1 overall money, and therefore no one worth paying an arm and a leg to trade up to get either. This is the first draft I can think of in recent memory that there seem to be no "can't-miss" type guys.
