| Pats offer former Dolphin Thomas a deal The New England Patriots offered Zach Thomas a contract Monday on the same day the former Dolphins linebacker made Gillette Stadium his first stop in what promises to be a continuing free agency tour. It is unclear what type of deal the Patriots offered but obviously it was not one either Thomas or Rosenhaus were immediately eager to sign Patriots offer LB Thomas deal - 02/19/2008 - MiamiHerald.com It is thought maybe the Pats offered him the veteran minimum. Is he going to get anything better anywhere else?

| Re: Pats offer former Dolphin Thomas a deal I think he would be a good fit in Foxboro, he won't have to play every down, just when they need him. Plus he is still a great leader. |
