Jason Taylor deserves freedom

Jason Taylor's brother-in-law was released, but Taylor remains still staring out the prison bars.
Seau, Welker, and Chambers were granted get out of jail cards, but Taylor who has suffered more than any of those players remains in solitary confinement even with a change of wardens.
Would anyone blame Taylor if he began to clamor loud and long for his freedom? Not that this would bring it if the Dolphins were so not inclined.
It must be hard for someone as honest and opinionated as Taylor is to keep quiet. You had to be in that locker room after games and see him with his bald head in his hands to know how terribly much losing hurt him.

As Clint Eastwood said in Unforgiven:
"Deserves got nothing to do with it."

Re: Jason Taylor deserves freedom

In some ways, it'd make sense if they traded him for draft picks and tried to rebuild. Even if he is their best player.
