The dolphins are perfect once again perfectly miserable and winless. It wasn't the coaching it is the players themselves. At some point personal accountability has to come into focus. Each of these players has a bag of excuses and they all stink. This year has been the year of the Quitters the Panthers the Falcons and the Dolphins and several other teams think it is okay to just show up. I for one believe they should only pay the players if the team wins. That would bring back the competition and heart to teams.

Um, yeah... except Saban deserves at least half the blame for the mess they're in because he mismanaged the team and then cut and run.

Nah players play and coaches coach. They Dolphins players are the worst ever. Heck I bet they couldn't even compete for the BCS Championship.

Saban was also GM, though. He screwed up the cap and brought in half of those players who can't play. See, partially his fault.

And the new GM didn't know how to trade those players or how to open up camp to tryouts?

Yeah, he dumped some of them, but even when you do that, you're stuck with a percentage of their salary against the salary cap. So when you cut a Daunte Culpepper, you still wind up paying him, and therefore have less money available to go sign new guys. See now how Saban screwed up the team?

Well that seems like a reasonable explananation for guys like Ricky "the problem" Williams. After all these people are in the NFL. When does personal accountability and pride come into play? All of them either came from another team or had plenty of college experience. No matter how bad a team is they should win at least one game right?
