if the dolhins are all about rebuilding, then why dont they also trade jason taylor and zach thomas, and actually give them a chance to win a superbowl, because thats just going to happen in miami.

It's a good theory, but I doubt aging defensive players would bring in much to help the rebuilding process, and it'd be like waiving the white flag - a big no-no in the eyes of the folks who buy the tickets. Probably best to gut out the rest of this season then start to worry about rebuilding in January.
