Miami signs L.J. Shelton

The Miami Dolphins yesterday signed LT L.J. Shelton to replace the recently departed Damion McIntosh. This seems like an upgrade to me. How would everyone else compare the two tackles?

To be honest I don't know much about him... but as long as he doesn't get his number mentioned to often I'll be happy...

Yes, Shelton is an upgrade from McIntosh. That guy is freakin massive (6'6, 350 or so). I think this is a quality pick up for the Dolphins. I have been quite happy with the moves they have made thus far.
