According to the Miami Herald, the Dolphins want current Chargers offensive coordinator Cam Cameron to be their next head coach. All that stands in between the decision becoming official is a contract and whether Cameron wants the job.

Cameron was probably bound to get some job this off-season, so is Miami a good one for him?

Not sure. They have a good running back, though Brown is hardly the dual-threat that LT is, and they look to have a mess at QB. Cameron will be a good coach, in my opinon, but I think anyone coming to Miami has to be willing to eat one or two losing seasons while they restock personnel, especially as some of the key defensive guys near the end of their careers.
