Almost as hard as it would be to look good coaching after him at Alabama.
The Dolphins got burned on a coach, so now they want a puppet to prop up on the sidelines to clap and say f@#$ when the cameras are on him. The real coaching will be behind the curtains, from the ones making 8.1 mill for 3 years. The Dolphins will do with him what Alabama did, use him till he can be replaced. Probably come pretty cheap for them too.
I wouldn't expect his Daddy to be much help either, since that pool of infinte football wisdom did so well for him in his previous position.
