Word is that the Dolphins are attempting to acquire current Saints center LeCharles Bentley, but that a lot of it depends upon the future of the CBA. At 6-2, 313-pounds, Bentley would be a great pick-up for the Dolphins, or any team for that matter. Think it'll happen?

They desperately need to improve their line. It will really all boil down to $$ they have tied up with folks like Madison and Frerotte.

Who knows if the Dolphins are even going to have Frerotte, especially if they step into the Drew Brees sweepstakes. They could keep Frerotte as a backup, but I doubt that he'd choose to stay there under those conditions. I think once Miami cuts Frerotte, that will free up some cap space. I've heard the same things about Bentley and Miami. In fact, I've heard that he will be one of the most pursued players out there once everybody figures out what their cap status is.

Well, with the new CBA now in place, it'll be interesting to see who gets a deal done with Bentley and how quickly it comes. Will it be the Dolphins, and if so, when?
