Heard for the first time today that on Friday, Dolphins QB Daunte Culpepper and his coach, Nick Saban, were seen arguing and basically having a shouting match. No one knows for sure what is was about, but either it was about Daunte's performance, benching, not playing due to injury or even whether they should order pizza or Chinese for dinner. What do you guys think is going on down there?

it's a convinient cover for a benching and i bet thats what the arguement was about

I always say, if you can't agree on take out, everyone's out for themeselves.

Reality though, Culpepper is a shade of what he once was in Minny. Saban is a control freak so it's no surprise he and his QB are confronting one another.

In an odd twist, Culpepper today THANKED Saban for benching him and said that he AGREED with the decision to start Joey Harrington. Say what now? "I have to say 'thank you' to coach Saban," Culpepper told the Associated Press today. "Because in this situation he's really protecting me and doing what's best for the team and that's how we're moving along."

Culpepper didn't get pulled because he's HURT. He got pulled for not firing up the brain cells on the field. The only reason that he EVER looked good is because he had a young Moss that he could just throw it deep to. It's been years since he's even looked kinda good and so far is one of the Least mobile qb's in the league. NO BRAIN+NO MOBILITY= BY BY CULPEPPER.
