Former Maryland OL Stephon Heyer

Looks like former Maryland OL Stephon Heyer will be playing on Sundays this fall.

According to Aaron Kraut of The Diamondback, "Three months ago... Heyer was an undrafted free agent signee of the Washington Redskins with an outside shot of making the final roster... An impressive showing throughout rookie camp and organized team activities in June, plus a sprained knee injury suffered by Redskins starting left tackle Chris Samuels allowed Heyer the opportunity to play with the first-team offense during the Redskins game against the Tennesee Titans last weekend."
