Sorry LSU has a great team but you all have had your shot not once but twice, time for Georgia to get a chance Champs or not they are the SEC's best team right now and they are higher ranked they should move to #2 if every thing is on the level and get to go to the BCS Championship.

They're not the SEC Champions. Ergo, they shouldn't be playing for the National Championship. How can a team be the best team in the country while not being the best team in their own conference? It can't be. It'd be a paradox of epic proportions.

Get off the Conference Champ kick that still does not hold water.
If not Georgia as all of you seem to think is not worthy then it should be
Hawaii they deserve it they are a conference champ and are 12-0 what about them they are more deserving than LSU. Tell me why not them and do not use the schedule angle they all play would they have to play in their respective conferences. Cause every game is hard to win no matter who they are. there is your paradox of epic proportions.

Well, I guess a team can lose it's conference in basketball and still win the title. But then, they have one of them magical playoff things. Me, personally? I think I would've gone OSU vs. Oklahoma. But hey, the match-ups are set. No matter who wins, there's gonna be a ton of controversy. Still, they should be good games. That's the most important thing.

LSU lost it's season finale to an unranked team at home. LSU should not even be close to #2 BCS ranking after beating Tenn. I live in Louisiana and don't think lsu deserves the chance to play for National championship.

So are you saying that winning the SEC west and then winning the SEC title game is not good enough? Georgia didn't even win the SEC east so they should not even be considered for the National Championship. Georgia is a great team and my be the best team in college football right now but their loss to Tennessee kept them from the title game.
