BATON ROUGE -- JaMarcus Russell, who many are projecting as the No. 1 pick in April's NFL Draft, dazzled pro football personnel on Wednesday as he, along with 18 former LSU players participated in the school's Pro Day at the Charles McClendon Practice Facility.

According to the above article, WR Dwayne Bowe ran a 4.40 in the 40-yard dash, while DB Daniel Francis and WR Craig Davis each clocked a best time of 4.41. JaMarcus Russell ran a 4.83. DB Sammy Joseph led all of the ex-Tigers with a 10 foot, 9 inch broad jump and LaRon Landry had a 38 inch vertical leap.

JaMarcus Russell was the center of attention on Wednesday as more than 100 representatives from NFL teams descended on the LSU campus to watch the auditions of formers Tigers quarterback JaMarcus Russell and three other Bengals teammates who should be among the first 40 selections in the NFL draft.

Oakland new coach Lane Kiffin, who has the No. 1 selection in the April draft, is expected to hit the Raiders' choice on Russell, who didn't disappoint the coaches, scouts and front-office officials on hand at the LSU indoor facility on Pro Day 2007.

Kiffin couldn't take his eyes off Russell, who showed up weighing 256, or 9 pounds lighter than his weight at the Combine in Indianapolis.
