ESPN's Chris Mortensen is reporting JaMarcus Russell will enter the 2007 NFL Draft. The Sugar Bowl winning QB of the LSU Tigers has reportedly hired an agent and is expected to be a high first round pick. Some even go as far to say he'll be the 2nd overall pick.

That's the rumor, and I'm guessing it'll happen. He seems to be the better fit for the Raiders. It'll be Russell or Calvin Johnson.
