LSU & the BCS Championship Game
I heard an excellent point brought up by Mel Kiper on ESPN's Mike & Mike in the Morning today. We all saw how talented LSU was in the Sugar Bowl. He mentioned wondering why this Tigers team wasn't in the BCS title game. Kiper then went on to explain that he didn't mean that team was snubbed or anything like that... he just wondered why a team with that much ability lost two games and failed to win their conference.

Does he have a point? Did this team underachieve under Les Miles this season?
