Louisville Cardinals vs. UConn

The (4-3) Louisville Cardinals have resorted to spoiler in the Big East conference. They defeated previously undefeated Cincinnati last week and now look to give UConn their second loss on the season.

Louisville hasn't won consecutive games since the first week of September. Do they remember how?

Brohm played a great game against Cincinnati and I see him continuing the great play against UConn.

Re: Louisville Cardinals vs. UConn

I was a shocked as anyone that Brohm was able to throw for 350 yards and 3 TDs against a very good Cincinnati defense. The Huskies aren't nearly as good, so barring a major letdown, I expect a huge Cardinals victory on Friday night.

Re: Louisville Cardinals vs. UConn

The controversial call:
One of UConn's touchdown came on a controversial play when Larry Taylor appeared to call for a fair catch but then took off 74 yards as stunned U of L players screamed at officials.

However the unfairness, you still have to play through it since the call wasn't at the end of the game.
Our top three wide receivers were hurt for this game, but hand it to UConn for wanting it more to win the game.
I'm a CARDS fan and still am proud of them.

Everyone see's Louisville as their World Championship game this year by the time we play them.

West Virginia, So.Fla, and Rutgers are going to be tough for Louisville but I think Louisville will be underdogs and play competitively.

I still think the Big East deserves more respect in how competitive the teams are this year. Talk about down to the wire finishes to the end of the games against each other!

You're right, forget the SEC. The Big East has been beating up on each other all season long. UConn will have a tough road to remain undefeated in the conference.

Exactly, the Big East has just turned into a real monster conference.

Who would've thought UConn could pull this off? Louisville's now .500 under Kragthorpe, by the way.
