Louisville gets a second warm-up this week after thrashing Murray St. 73-10 on Thursday. Brian Brohm threw for 375 yards and four touchdowns, and the Cardinals managed 655 total yards of team offense in the blowout. Look for more of the same against the 1-0 Blue Raiders, who despite their season-opening win over Florida Atlantic. Steve Kragthorpe's crew should dominate, don't you think?

I know everyone's probably watching the NFL game tonight, but do yourself a favor and put on ESPN2 to watch this game instead. Louisville is clinging to a 38-35 lead late in the first half. Tons of offense, and Middle Tennessee is absolutely SHREDDING the Cardinals defense. Could be an upset!

Middle Tenn lost to Florida Atlantic last week....and unfortunately the defense for the Cards tonight isn't putting up a repeat of last weeks win over Murray St. What I'd like to know is where is Kragthorpes passion on the side lines I'd like to see more from him as far as getting some enthusiam into the defense. A swift kick in the Let's see how it goes after half time. Thank goodness Brohm and the rest of the offense is keeping the Card's head above water. Hope Douglas can hold out with all the hits he's been getting....
