Question Re: Louisville vs. Middle Tennessee St.

I about had a heart attack! Whew, Louisville had all it could handle tonight. No doubt their ranking in the polls will go down quite a bit, but there is a lot of talent on this team; defensively too.
New coaches have an adjustment period.

Just remember this year can be a year of upsets and before you judge Louisville too hard, your team may be next in running into a buzz-saw team you didn't expect.

Look at how bad Notre Dame got beat by Georgia Tech!
( I am a Ga. Tech fan...former student also)

Re: Louisville vs. Middle Tennessee St.

Well, Louisville managed to dodge the upset, but it was hairy for a while. How about this game, though? Over 1,200 yards of total offense, Brohm throws for a career high 401 yards and 5 TDs, Allen breaks the school rushing record, 3 Louisville receivers go over 100 yards, MTSU gets nearly 300 yards passing and a pair of scores out of their QB Joe Craddock and RB Phillip Tanner added nearly 150 yards rushing and three more TDs. What an offensive explosion!
