Louisville WR Harry Douglas

Louisville WR Harry Douglas participated in his first practice with the team yesterday, and according to reports, he was very impressive. Douglas hauled in two long receptions and scored a touchdown, and while he and QB Brian Brohm failed to connect on a few deep passes too, Douglas stayed after practice to work on his timing. Just what I want to see out of my senior wide receivers if I'm Steve Kragthorpe, and an excellent indictator of why this guy's 10th all-time in school history in career receiving yardage.

Cards Conduct Final Tuneup :: Douglas returns at full strength

Re: Louisville WR Harry Douglas

I'm expecting this kid to have a HUGEEEEEE year. Brohm is showcasing himself for the NFL and Harry Smith should be his go-to guy throughout the year. Barring injury, he should be one of the best receivers in the nation.

I'll be honest with you, I didn't even know he got hurt. Can't find any updates on his status, not even at the team's website.

Re: Louisville WR Harry Douglas

I couldn't watch the game but I read that in the final minute of play against Syr he went down with an undisclosed leg injury and was carried off the field. That's all I've gotten so far.

I did read elsewhere that Kragthorpe says he should be good to go next week, but they haven't disclosed the injury.
