Re: Louisville Signing Day

Kragthorpe hasn't been on the job very long... it'll be interesting to see who will actually sign with Louisville, what with the coaching change and all. I'm sure the Cardinals lost a lot of recruits when Petrino high-tailed it to the NFL.

No kidding? I thought for sure he was a goner. Definitely a boost to Kragthorpe's first class.

Louisville Football Announces 2007 Recruiting Class

First-year University of Louisville head football coach Steve Kragthorpe announced the addition of 15 student-athletes to the Cardinal football program during a press conference on Wednesday. Despite not being named head coach until January 10, Kragthorpe pulled together one of the finest recruiting classes in school history, including five-star recruit Woodny Turenne, the top-rated junior college player and cornerback in the nation and former University of Miami linebacker Willie Williams.
