Terrible news. His 6 1/2 month old son died in his sleep. Best wishes to Lamar and the boy's mother.

It sounds like a case of SIDS (sudden infant death syndrome) where babies passing away in their sleep is the "calling card"...for lack of a better word.

6 1/2 months seems a little old for SIDS. I think I remember hearing during the season that his son had some problems, can't quite remember the details. My thoughts and prayers go out to Lamar Odom and his family.
