Sounds like all is going well with Andrew Bynum's recovery and he hopes to resume normal offseason workouts next month. Good news for the Lakers. So with a healthy Bynum, can the Lakers make another run at the championship?

GM Mitch Kupchak said Bynum's knee injury is "not career-altering" and will not dissuade the Lakers from discussing a contract extension in the next few days. LA also hopes to retain restricted free agents Ronny Turiaf and Sasha Vujacic, but salary cap concerns restrict their ability to pursue other free agents.
