Re: Western Conference Finals: Lakers vs. Spurs

ye ai saw that game. it was pretty funny how the spurs worked their butts off and dominated the game for 45 minutes , only for the lakers to come back and win in the last 3 minutes

Haha yea seriously. I feel like the Lakers can just take control of the game whenever they feel like it. When they play good, they play really good.

If San Antonio wasn't such a veteran team, that sort of momentum shift might have meant the series right there. As it is, they'll rebound.

Now I'm not so sure. The Lakers spanked the Spurs by 30 yesterday. Veteran or not, I think this team may be done after all.

Re: Western Conference Finals: Lakers vs. Spurs

duncan is arguably the GOAT power forward. certain first ballot HOF'er. but lamar odom and pau gasol is to much for him to handle. and the lakers bench is so much better than san antonio's bench

Most teams have their one special player. Duncan is the man

Re: Western Conference Finals: Lakers vs. Spurs

This series is over, there is a huge difference in experience between the Lakers and Hornets. Kobe has won titles, Phil has won titles, the Spurs aren't coming back from down 2-0 this time. This series reminds of Spurs-Suns in round 1.

I meant the Hornets in the sense of, the Lakers are far better competition to the Spurs than are the Hornets.
