Lakers end Mavs winning streak

Sasha Vujacic scored nine of his career-high 16 points in the fourth quarter including a go-ahead 3-pointer with 28.5 seconds left, and the Los Angeles Lakers beat Dallas 101-98 Sunday night to snap the Mavericks' 13-game winning streak.

Where are all of the kobe haters today. I do believe that kobe has lead the lakers to a 4 game win streak and straight through the best team in the league. I do also believe he is doing it without the help of Lamar Odom and Kwame Brown. Some one please tell me what is going on. Why do they continue to improve with a short handed lineup that is full of nobody's?

I think you are in the wrong place man? That is something that we debate though. Just not under this headline. Please check this:

You can write (type) so I presume you can read.

Re: Lakers end Mavs winning streak

Kobe is doing a fantastic job of integrating into this new team with confidence dynamic. He’s not only curbed his shots to almost too low of a level, he’s actively looking to get everyone involved. There were at least 3 times tonight when players would look back at Kobe after getting a pass from him almost looking to ask what to do.

Re: Lakers end Mavs winning streak

If you read Kobe’s lips, he’d tell each and every one of them, “Take it”. No lie, the guy is now leading by both example and vocally more so now, than ever before. For such a young team, it’s amazing to have your go-to/franchise guy deferring the responsibility of winning games to everyone that’s willing to take it.

Re: Lakers end Mavs winning streak

The turnover problem Kobe has been showing lately I can’t help but attribute mostly to him getting back into game shape. As the season progresses, I’d expect his 4 to 5 turnovers a game to be cut dramatically. Right now, I’ll take that problem as he gets himself back to the Kobe we all know and love to watch play. Although watching this Kobe play is just fine with me too.

Re: Lakers end Mavs winning streak

I won't have any problem with Kobe if he continues to score over 25 points in a game.

And for that matter, he can hog the ball all he wants as long as the Lakers win.

I guess you can compare MJ to Kobe, but I'd still pick Kobe (I'm a Lakers fan).

Good win for the Lakers!
