Rumors are that the Lakers are fixing to deal Lamar Odom. What a terrible idea this would be. After all, he only leads the team in rebounds [9.2 per game], assists [5.3 per game] and shooting percentage [44.9%]. Why in the world would a team in playoff contention deal someone like Odom? Think maybe Kobe's jealous?

The Lakers have Kobeitis. They do everything around Kobe. They have turned a Pippen-like talent such as Odom into a good player. He should have the ball more and the opportunity to make plays.

I can't stand the Lakers and I hope they continue to make bad moves. Maybe Isiah Thomas can convince the Lakers to trade Odom to the Knicks for some of the garbage on their roster..

Kobe got exactly what he wanted, all the attention, all the pressure, and all the glory. This Laker team is not about the Lakers, its about Kobe. Kobe only wants to get into the playoffs because of Kobe not because of the Lakers. Trading Odom would be a horrific move because from what I saw against the Celts on Sunday he is the only chemistry on the whole team. And if Kobe pulls another Jordon look on anyone Im gonna scream.

Lamar Odom is a great player when he gets the ball. He is an inside and an outside threat on the L.A. team. Hopefully in years to come he will become a bigger part.
