Apparently, his teammates thought his tirade against the commentator last month was the final straw. Plus he had some big argument this week with an assisntant coach. He's not travelling with the team to Phoenix and he won't play the final three games of the season, although they say he isn't suspended.
Who knew? apparently, you can be fired just for being a jerk. Although, if he was a better player, maybe they'd put up with it.
