Hi All,
My elderly hubby and I visited Dodgertown in Florida around the first or second day that the pitchers, a few regular players, and a number of rookies were there. It was a highlight experience for us and we're "sold" on the fan-friendly Dodgers.
The problem is that we're really ignorant about identifying some of the players we saw. Scott Proctor, Tommy LaSorda, and a few others were, of course, a cinch for us to identify. I realized my goal to get a few autographs for my husband who could not get around that well, and I took a bunch of pictures. After we got home and looked through the Spring Training 2008 player sheet, the online roster with the photos, and tried to compare them to our photos, we were pretty much lost with identifying some of the photos. A candid photo is a LOT different that a posed photo online!
So, I found a free site where I could post the 24 photos I can't I.D. with certainty, and where anyone can see them without having to sign up for the site or anything.
If anyone is so inclined, I sure appreciate it if you'd look the photos over and help me I.D. the players. I really want to make a scrapbook for my husband to memorialize our visit.
They are posted at Shutterfly The photos are numbered so you can link the identity with the number of the photo. I have comments on some photos listing who I THINK they might be, and others we just plain have no idea.

Thanks so much! I figured that the link might be a problem, but thanks for allowing it this time! I did email the team right after Spring Training to see if they'd help me out if I emailed photos to them, but had no site up at that time with the photos and they didn't reply. I will try that again, too.

Montana (Western part of which is much like your beautiful Maine, but, alas, no ocean! My hubby's Deering ancestry came from there so we've visited a couple of times to do research.)
