The Dodgers, fighting for their playoff lives lost again in Colorado last night. That chalks up to three losses in two nights (doubleheader Tuesday) with the risk of losing four in three days. The Dodgers are on a three game losing streak, and tied with the Rockies for third place in the NL West.

They are 4 games behind the wild card leading Padres. Of course this weekend, the Dodgers could so some big damage in the playoff race when they play the Diamondbacks.

Doesn't look like the Dodgers will tough it out, but who knows.

They just can't afford to lose games like this, not if they have any hope of making the playoffs. Which, at this point, they most likely don't.
