Grady Little gone?

Assuming that the Dodgers, who are 5.5 games out of first in the NL West, miss the playoffs - will Grady Little be fired at season's end?

Re: Grady Little gone?

How could anyone win with that team's offense. They have one regular hitting .300 and their top RBI guys are the catcher with 81 and Jeff kent with 76. Thier idea of upgrading the offense was to add Juan Pierre, and Nomar has hit a grand total of six home runs in over 400 at bats.

True, there are a lot of underachievers. But isn't the skipper partially to blame for that?

And what about San Diego? The Padres seem to be winning without much offense. Why can the Dodgers?

I don't see Little manage on an every day basis but I think he's achieved about where the talent is....Now Bruce Bochy, he's a guy who has really underachieved..........

Re: Grady Little gone?

I don't think he'll be fired. He was in the post-season last year. Next year, that could be a deciding year.

But I must admit, I thought the Dodgers would be among the leagues best. Far from it.
