Pitching in and off itself is a violent thing to do to an arm, and requires rest, stretching, icing etc...but I think bad mechanics from day one is at the heart of pitchers not going more than 35 starts 210 IP |

The two-time All-Star, who came in 12-2 with a 2.69 ERA in 18 previous career starts against the Rockies, decided to come back on short rest to face one of his favorite opponents." L.A. beat Colorado, by Penny wound up with a no-decision. Still, looked like he did pretty well on the short rest. |
