According to the Associated Press, "Dodgers shortstop Rafael Furcal injured his left ankle Thursday in the first inning of an exhibition game against the Baltimore Orioles and was taken to a hospital for X-rays." Word is it's a sprained ankle. Hope it doesn't cause him to miss too much time; I've got Furcal on my fantasy team!

He is my favorite Dodger at the moment.

He shouldn't miss too much time. They can probably tape it up and he'll be on the field in seconds.

But lets not go the David Lee-route.

According to the Los Angeles Daily News, "Although Dodgers trainer Stan Conte stopped short of saying it after examining shortstop Rafael Furcal on Thursday, all indications are Furcal probably will be in the starting lineup for tonight's game with San Diego." Good, I need him to come back... he's on my fantasy team.
