Angels admit they want A-Rod
According to the Associated Press, "While other teams play down their interest, the Los Angeles Angels admit they'd love to sign Alex Rodriguez... The Angels had a meet-and-greet with A-Rod's agent, Scott Boras, at the general managers' meetings. The New York Mets also spoke with Boras but won't say whether they're in or out of the competition." So L.A. is the first to come out and express interest. Are they the favorites in the A-Rod sweepstakes?

Wow, WHY? Forget A-Rod and re-sign Lowell! Don't mess with the chemistry of a championship team!

The Angels are a perfect fit for A-Rod, they need a bat. LA is a big market that can pay him.
