Gary Matthews Met with MLB Officials
Gary Matthews Jr. met with MLB officials earlier today to discuss allegations that he received growth hormone in the past.

According to the AP, The Times Union of Albany, NY reported Matthews received HGH in 2004. Matthews has since denied the allegations. Growth hormone was not added to the MLB banned substance list until 2005.

This is odd since the accusations were made last off-season against Matthews...just after he signed his huge deal with the Angels.
