According to the Yahoo! Sports rumors page, "With the Anahem Angels showing a clear need to improve offensively, many believe the team should go after Alex Rodriguez. However, giving out between $22 million to $30 million a year to Rodriguez would leave them in the red... The proven third baseman the Angels could target in a trade are the Seattle Mariners' Adrian Beltre and the Baltimore Orioles' Miguel Tejada, who is actually a shortstop that would be asked to change positions."
