The Angels lost to Toronto last night, 5-4 for their 2nd straight defeat.

Don't look now but the Mariners are tied in the loss column with the Angels. I didn't think it was possible. Will the Angels hold on?

I expected the division to be tight, but thought it would be Oakland battling Anaheim, not Seattle.

Seattle has nine guys withg at least fifty runs abtted in and a great bullpen. The starters are so-so. The Angels have a lineup that scares only the Yankees, a shaky bullpen now that Shields is terrible, and so-so starters now that Lackey has started to tire.
