The Clippers lost to the Kings, 105-100, on Sunday, and with their playoff hopes fading, Elton Brand took the opportunity to express his frustration with his teammates. After the game, Brand, who had 14 rebounds, seven assists and three blocked shots in the game, told reporters that he was "sick" with his team's effort. "If we don't make the playoffs, I guarantee you we're going to have guys in here next year who are going to fight if we're in this position again... We're going to have guys who are going to fight and give that effort. It's not going to be like this again," he added.

So, assuming Brand's right... what changes do the Clippers need to make?

Move out of San Diego...its got bad MoJo...possibly the worse franchise in the history of sports...they were better off in Buffalo.
