Marquette has had the Cats number come tournament time..... The buzz around though is this game will be the most closely watched game in the first round. Kentucky has fought hard all year, and this will be yet another test.

Well the Cats went down. They fought til the end and they actually lead the game at one point. There was some bad officiating.... very bad, but in the end it was the mistakes by the Cats that cost them the game.

I have to say that I am very pleased at this season. Billy Gillispie came in with very little and still managed to turn things around for mid-season to make the NCAA Tourny. Very Big accomplishment. I didn't even think they would make the big Tourny. I am lookin forward to next season, but the season I am really lookin forward to is the year after next. I will go on record as to say "THE SEC IS ON NOTICE, AS WELL AS THE REST OF THE NCAA THAT THE KENTUCKY WILDCATS ARE ON THEIR WAY BACK TO THE TOP!" Lookout TARHEELS
