A coach who, even though losing some early games, is setting a tone for the program that will bring the team to the top in the very near future. A coach who is telling players, their parents and connections that you have to earn your time on this team and give your all to wear the UK jersey.
A coach who tells it like it really is and will not spin or mince words. A coach who works harder than any other in the country at recruiting, and a coach who will bring a title or two back to the UK.
Relax, folks. Trust this man, and the rewards will be what you want, or you could have the type of guy down the road who sacrifices the good of the program for his own personal records and lets a kid run the program.
