McClinton out for rest of season

LEXINGTON, Ky. - University of Kentucky safety Marcus McClinton has a fractured scapula and will miss the remainder of the regular season.

McClinton injured his shoulder in last Saturday's loss to Mississippi State.

McClinton should be able to return for a bowl game, UK coach Rich Brooks said after today's practice.

Huge loss for the 'Cats. He's one of their top defensive guys. At least the injury's just a crack and not a break.
