When Kentucky travels to play Arkansas on Saturday night, the ESPN2 cameras and national spotlight will be centered on Hogs running back Darren McFadden, and rightfully so.
McFadden came into the season as a front-runner for the Heisman Trophy, and he has not disappointed through two games, rumbling through the Alabama defense for 195 yards last week. But it also will be an opportunity for Kentucky to put its own standout running back on display.
Rafael Little has been playing All-Southeastern Conference-caliber ball during September. He's started the season with three straight 100-yard games and is third in the league in rushing (129.3 yards per game) behind McFadden (173.0) and Alabama's Terry Grant (134.3).
Kentucky Coach Rich Brooks recently has been touting his quarterback, Andre Woodson, as the nation's best when asked by reporters, and while Little might not be as dangerous a pure runner as McFadden, Brooks says he's the best all-around back in the country.
